HOUSER, Commissioner.

Defendant Raymond Baldwin, convicted by a jury of burglary and1 stealing and sentenced to the penitentiary, has appealed, raising only one point: error in the admission of certain testimony relating to a rifle, one of the articles allegedly stolen.
