PER CURIAM: *

Following the 2009 election season and a change in control of the city council of the City of Crystal City, the city council terminated Diana Palacios as city manager and replaced her with a younger male, Alfredo Gallegos. Palacios sued alleging, as relevant here, sex and age discrimination. The district court granted summary judgment for the city because Palacios failed to create a genuine issue of material fact as to whether the city’s proffered legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for her termination were pretextual.
