Plaintiff Maria Elrod, as administrator of the estate of her deceased husband, Kenneth Elrod, filed a complaint containing several claims against Defendants Officer Edward Yerke, Officer Rogelio Pinal, Officer Ronald Rodriguez, Detective Daniel Gillespie, Detective William Burke, Sergeant Samuel Cirone, and the City of Chicago, and amended it thereafter.
