This action involves the repossession, prior to hearing, of property owned by plaintiff, Gates Radio Company, an Illinois corporation, from the premises of WJAN, Inc., an Illinois corporation, in Marquette County, Michigan, in accord with a chattel mortgage1 and assumption agreement.
