LUMBARD, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff Stevens Linen Co. appeals from that part of an order entered in the Southern District of New York, Motley, J., denying plaintiff compensatory damages result ing from the copyright infringement of plaintiff’s upholstery fabric entitled “Ches-tertown.” The district court held that defendant’s fabrics “Rio Grande” and “Grand Canyon” infringed plaintiff’s copyright for its Chestertown fabric, granted a permanent injunction barring future sales of the infringing fabrics, and awarded plaintiff reasonable attorney’s fees.
