ORDER

ROBERT J. KRESSEL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case came on for hearing on the trustee’s objection to the debtor’s claim of exempt property. Michael Iannacone, the trustee, appeared in propria persona and Neal H. Nelson, Jr. appeared on behalf of the debtor. Based on the evidence at the hearing and the argument of counsel, I make the following memorandum order pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
