This was a suit in the circuit court of Lafayette county, in which plaintiffs sought to redeem lot No. 97, and twenty feet off of the west half of lot No. 92, in the old town of Lexington. They state in their petition that on the 23rd day of September, 1867, they were, and still are, husband and wife, and that said Nicholas on that day purchased of. Burton A.
