DECISION

Before this Court is a motion to dismiss pursuant to Super. R. Civ. P. Rule 12(b)(1) based upon lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The movant, Defendant Greenwood Credit Union ("Greenwood"), claims Plaintiffs have failed to meet the $5,000 minimum jurisdictional amount in controversy requirement for Superior Court actions under G.L. 1956 § 8-2-14.
