On August 17, 1970, the plaintiffs, Kenrose Manufacturing Co., a New York corporation doing business in Virginia, and a number of its employees who are residents of Virginia, filed a complaint in this court against Fred Whitaker Company, a foreign corporation with its principal place of business in Pennsylvania.
