MORGAN, C.H., II, Judge:

Appellant was convicted contrary to Ms pleas by a general court-martial with enlisted representation of three specifications of indecent assault, four specifications of indecent language, one specification of soliciting another to commit sodomy, and assault with intent to commit rape, all in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934. Members sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 3 years, and reduction to the grade of E-4, which was approved by the convening authority. Appellant appeals…
