Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Albertson, J., entered July 15, 1905, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the defendant in an action for libel.

This action was brought by plaintiff to recover damages on account of the writing and publishing of a letter by defendant. The appellant and respondent were trustees and stockholders in a certain corporation. Despondent wrote the letter complained of to another stockholder and friend, residing in Ohio-. All three of these persons were practicing physicians.
