MEMORANDUM OPINION

BEATY, District Judge.

This case comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Document # 21] as to Plaintiffs’ suit brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“Section 1983”). Defendants have also presented the Court with a Motion to strike Plaintiffs’ expert witness, Avery Barber [Document #26], and a Supplemental Motion to prohibit Plaintiffs from offering witnesses or introducing documents [Document # 46].
