Appellant Vermelle Atkinson Frym as executrix of the estate of Lloyd Percy Taylor, deceased, filed her bill in the circuit court of Jefferson County, seeking an accounting and determination of the amount due his estate under a partnership agreement. The bill alleged that the decedent and Lucille Ramsey, here the appellee, had been engaged in the operation of a partnership known as Doctors Answering Service.
