On September 19, 1933, appellee filed her bill to foreclose a mortgage executed by Charles J. Wilson and Florence Wilson on March 1, 1920, which secured the payment of a note for $8,000, due five years after date. Prior to March 1, 1931, Charles J. Wilson died and Florence Wilson became the owner of the mortgaged premises and on that day she and the mortgagee entered into an extension agreement, extending the same for a period of five years from that date.
