This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, that entered judgment in favor of plaintiffappellee and cross-appellant, Thelma Wilhelm (Wilhelm), and against defendant-appellant, Citizens Savings Bank of Canton (“Citizens”), in the amount of $33,579.56, plus interest.
