The plaintiff filed her amended complaint in the circuit court of the state of Oregon for Linn county, which, omitting the formal parts and the prayer, reads as follows:

“I. That the defendant is a commission organized and existing under and by virtue of the Laws *547of the State of Oregon and charged with the administration of the Workmen’s Compensation Law of said State.
