Vincent Collins (“Defendant”) raises two issues on appeal with respect to his judgment and sentence for possession of cocaine: 1) whether the trial court wrongfully denied his motion to suppress evidence of the cocaine because the cocaine was “seized as the result of an unlawful detention and/or warrantless exploratory search,” and 2) whether the statute charging Defendant with drug possession is unconstitutional.
