Order and judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: We conclude that there is no reasonable interpretation of the evidence that could support Supreme Court’s determination that petitioners’ new residence was "legitimately constructed”. It is undisputed that the residence substantially exceeded the square footage and cubical content of petitioners’ former residence, a prior nonconforming structure.
