JONES, Presiding Judge.

The defendant, J. B. Jackson, was charged by an information filed in the Superior Court of Comanche County with the crime of unlawfully conducting and operating a gambling game; was tried, convicted and pursuant to the verdict of the jury was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,000 and serve a term of one year in the penitentiary.
