McKAY, Justice.
This is a divorce case involving division of property, and it is also an action for attor neys’ fees by intervening attorneys who previously represented appellant in the divorce case. After trial, before the court without a jury, judgment was rendered granting the divorce, dividing the property and awarding attorneys’ fees.
