Bill in equity, filed in the Superior Court May 5, 1896, for the dissolution of a partnership, for the appointment of a receiver, and for other relief. From the several decrees entered in the case the defendant appealed to this court. The facts appear in the opinion.

This suit is a bill in equity, brought in the Superior Court by one partner against another, praying virtually for a dissolution of the partnership, and the appointment of a receiver to get in all the debts and to take possession of the other property of the partnership, and to convert it into money under the direction of. the court; and for an injunction against the defendant, restraining him from collecting any debts due to the partnership, selling any of its property, or incurring any indebtedness on its account.
