OPINION

COOPER, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment suspending George F. Henry from the practice of law for a period of two years, and conditioning his reinstatement “upon a showing that he has obtained a level of competence adequate to justify the issuance of a license.” Appellant insists that his general competency to practice law was not placed in issue by the petition filed by the Disciplinary Board, and that the trial judge was in error in admitting and in acting upon “opinion” evidence on the issue.
