The plaintiff railroad has brought this proceeding under the Condemnation Law for the condemnation of certain lands and premises which are now and for many years past have been in the possession of the said railroad and its predecessor as a portion of its railroad property. The entire property sought to be condemned is a strip of land upwards of 3,200 feet in length and in width varying from 100 to 225 feet within the limits of which are situated' the plaintiff’s passenger station at Livingston Manor, its freight depot, railroad yards, two main tracks and various side tracks and…
