1Opinion of the Court

CHIPMAN, Presiding Judge.

Milton Phillips appeals his conviction from a trial to the court for possession of less than ten grams of heroin and raises the following issues:(1) Did the trial court err in denying Phillips’ motion for continuance?(2) Did the State establish a proper chain of custody with respect to the seized heroin?(3) Was an arresting officer’s testimony regarding the use of quinine to “cut” heroin impermissible hearsay?(4) Was there sufficient evidence to establish Phillips’ possession of heroin?
