Appeal from special term, Erie county. Action by Katharine Bartow and others against Jonathan Sid-way, Franldin Sidway, and others. From a judgment for defendants, plaintiffs appeal.

This action was brought to set aside certain transfers of property made by one Aurelia Bemis to Katharine B. Bemis, her daughter-in-law, and for an accounting. The plaintiff Katharine Bartow is a daughter of Aurelia Bemis, and the executrix of her last will and testament, which was executed in the year 1847, discovered in 1890, and shortly thereafter admitted to probate. Aurelia Bemis had two sons, named Asaph and Elijah St. John Bemis. Katharine B.
