The appellee, Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company, filed in the superior court of Cook county its petition to ascertain the compensation to be paid for various tracts of land in the city of Chicago for a passenger station, including lot 9,. except the east sixty-six feet thereof, in block 50 of the original town of Chicago.
