MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

On November 3, 2004, the Bankruptcy Court issued an Order, along with Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, addressing: (1) the Trustee’s Motion to Obtain Turnover of Property of the Estate; and (2) Creditor Danny Walker’s Objections to personal property exemptions claimed by Debtor Richard Wheeler (“Wheeler”). Wheeler appeals from the Bankruptcy Court’s disposition of these matters.
