These three actions of tort were brought to recover compensation for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiffs when they were riding as guests in an automobile operated by the defendant. The cases were tried together before an auditor whose findings of fact were not final. *539In each case the auditor filed a report, and the plaintiff and the defendant each made a motion for judgment upon the report.
