BLATOHFORD, District Judge.

This is a motion for a commission to examine at Liverpool, England, on written interrogatories and cross interrogatories to he annexed to the commission, such witnesses for the claimants as may be brought before the commissioner. The libel is filed to recover damages for a collision between the Prussian bark Louisa and the British steamship Louisiana, at sea.
