This is an appeal from two- decrees of the Hustings Court of the city of Roanoke. It appears that Mrs. Diana R. Reale and Miss S. G-. Sibert, sisters, formed a mercantile partnership' in 1872 under the style of D. R. Reale & Co., in Gordonsville, Va., and continued in business there until about 1887, when they removed to the city of Roanoke, Va., where they have since conducted a successful dry goods business, with the exception of about three years, when the firm was not in business.
