DECISION UPON RECONSIDERATION

FORAY, Judge:

Upon original review of the record of trial in this case, this Court, by its decision dated 12 April 1976, affirmed the approved findings of guilty and the sentence. Subsequent thereto, appellate defense counsel filed a Motion for Reconsideration based on the ground, raised now for the first time, *250that the evidence introduced at the trial failed to establish the accused’s guilt of the offense of leaving the scene of an accident without making his identity known (Charge IV and its specification).
