In the instant action, the plaintiff, Mare-mont Marketing, Inc., (“Maremont”) seeks an order establishing the validity of its security interest in certain collateral consisting of inventory supplied by the plaintiff to the defendant-debtor, Centennial Industries, Inc., (“Centennial”). The order sought would require vacating an automatic stay imposed by Bankruptcy Rule ll-44(a) and directing Centennial to surrender the collateral, or alternatively, to pay a sum equal to the value of such collateral.
