ROBERTSON, Judge.
Plaintiff-appellant Second National Bank of Danville (Second National) appeals from the decision of the Warren Cireuit Court entering summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Massey-Ferguson COred-it Corporation (Massey-Ferguson).
We affirm.
