This matter came before the court on the plaintiff’s complaint to have his debt excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C.1 § 523(a)(5).

FACTS

On November 22,1982, the debtor filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.

As required by Bankruptcy Rule 409(a)(2) the Order for Meeting of Creditors issued by this court on December 21, 1982 fixed February 7, 1983 as the last day for the filing of a complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt pursuant to § 523.
