The appellants, Rickard Hermann and Miss Jane De-mntk, were jointly indicted, tried and convicted of tke crime of armed robbery in Warren Connty, Mississippi and tbe former was sentenced to serve a term of six years in tbe state penitentiary and tbe latter a term of three years. Prom these convictions and sentences, they prosecute this appeal.
