Appellant, Artis Williams, sued appel-lees, Olethia E. Chisolm, M.D., and Kelsey-Seybold Group, incorrectly named as Caremark International, Inc. d/b/a Kelsey-Seybold Palm Center Clinic (Kelsey) for medical malpractice. 1 Williams brings a single issue to challenge the dismissal of his claims with prejudice for failure to comply with article 4590i, section 13.01(d), (e) of the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act.
