SHRUM, Presiding Judge.

The plaintiff Mary Ullius appeals after the trial court declined to impose an equitable lien on real estate formerly owned *322by her son, the defendant Kurt Ullius, and now owned by Kurt’s former wife, the defendant Dorinda Ullius. We affirm.

PACTS

Kurt Ullius bought Lot 7, Cave View Estates, in Camden County on June 1, 1987. He intended to build a house on the lot for resale. Although he was married to Dorinda at the time, he took title in his name only.
