The appellant, Cletus A. McDonald, was charged by information with the offense of first degree murder in connection with the death of Robert Dewayne Williams. He appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered in accordance with the jury’s verdict finding him guilty of second degree murder, and sentencing him to twenty years in prison.
