Before the court is Defendant Superfos A/S’s (“Defendant” or “Superfos”) Motion to Dismiss Or, In The Alternative, For More Definite Statement (“Motion”), filed on October 6, 2000. In its Motion, Defendant challenges the court’s personal jurisdiction over it or, in the alternative, asks the court to dismiss the case on grounds of forum non conveniens.
