—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (John Moore, J.), rendered September 13, 1995, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree and attempted assault in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to consecutive terms of 25 years to life and I2V2 to 25 years and a concurrent term of 2 to 4 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
