BRYAN, Circuit Judge.
The District Court, in proceedings in rein for salvage, entered a decree for $15,000 against the motor schoonér City of Portland. The owner of the schooner appeals, on the ground that the decree is excessive.
The City of Portland was a wooden, auxiliary, twinscrew, five-mast schooner, 276 feet long, 48 feet beam, of a gross tonnage of 1,612 tons, and of the value of $300,000.
