Robert Gene Josey appeals his conviction and life sentence for aggravated sexual assault of a child under fourteen years of age. 1 See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon Supp.2003). Josey presents five points of error in the instant case: (1) the trial court erred by permitting witnesses not listed in the State’s pretrial outcry notice to testify about the victim’s outcry statements, (2) the trial court erred by permitting the forensic interviewer to testify as an outcry witness, (3) the trial court erred by permitting more than one witness to testify…
