Over a period of more than ten years, the parties to this case have woven this “tangled web” of claims and counterclaims. After carefully untangling the knots as best we can based upon the record before us and the applicable law, we affirm the trial’s court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of ECDG South, LLC, John L.
