Under a decretal sale Miller bought, for about half of its value, Antle’s land of two hundred and seventeen and one half acres, in fulfillment of a promise to keep one hundred acres at the price bid, and to concede to Antle the residual one hundred and seventeen and one half acres on his payment, within three years, of the proportionate consideration, the last installment of which was payable by Miller at the end of three years.
