Complainants, who are creditors of defendants, Katz Bros., filed these bills in the Chancery Court of Dyer County, alleging that defendants were fraudulently disposing of their property, and caused attachments to be levied upon a stock of goods in defendants’ storehouse in the town of Dy-ersburg, Tenn. On the same night the attachments were levied, to wit, December 8, 1895, Katz Bros, procured judgments aggregating about $3,800, to be rendered against their firm, before a Justice of the Peace of Dyer County, in favor of certain relatives and friends.
