This is a suit to recover compensation for total and permanent disability under Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended. The case presents only questions of fact and the lower Court in a lengthy written opinion has reviewed in detail the testimony of each and every witness who testified in the case. The opinion is so much in detail as to give the page number of the record where the testimony is found. The lower Court concluded that plaintiff was totally and permanently disabled from performing manual labor of a reasonable character, or such as he was qualified to perform.
