This is a petition to amend a certificate of title of registered land by striking out a notation of an order of taking by eminent domain, which the petitioner contends is void. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 185, § 114. From a decision that the taking was valid, the petitioner appeals.

The appeal presents only questions of law apparent on the record. Neither the evidence nor its substance is before us, and the decision, which purports to rest “upon all the evidence,” must stand unless it discloses self-destroying error. Holcombe v.
