Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Dowd, J.), entered May 28, 2008 in Otsego County, which granted plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction.
Defendant Cooperstown All Star Village, LLC (hereinafter CASV) owns and operates a baseball camp on property owned by defendant Abner Doubleday, LLC. Defendants Martin E Fat-ton and Brenda Fatton own 35.01% of both Abner and CASV, defendant Marco Lionetti owns 29.99% of each company, and plaintiff owns 35%.
