(1) The collector had notice that Stuart was the owner of the land in question when the tax suit was instituted, lienee the tax suit should have been brought against Stewart. St. Joseph v. Baker, 86 Mo. App. 316. (2) The purchaser at the tax sale had notice that Stuart was the owner of the land, hence he was not an innocent purchaser.
