Affirming.
On October 31, 1933, Sewell Sutton, whose wages then were $21 per week, died of injuries he had received the day before while working for the United States Coal & Coke Company.
These parties were operating under the Kentucky "Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ky. St., sec. 4880 et seq.), and within a few days an application on form 11 for adjustment of a claim for compensation was filed by Nancy Williams, the mother of Sewell Sutton, and in answer to question 18 she named herself and her son’s two infant children as his dependents; and on November…
